Hey peeps! I know I told all of you I would be giving free tips and tricks about excersize - but lately I've been hella busy! - so without further adue, here's THE Best Way to Excersise...PERIOD! And, also my favorite ;)
"Impulse Excersize"
It Can:
-Be done anywhere!
-Be done any time!
-Be done by anyone!
-Be FUN!
-Get your Heart Rate WAY up!
-Work A Lot Of Muscles!
SO What Exactly IS This Revolutionary Excersize?
Well, it's really Not hard or complicated...at All!
What the heck is Impulse Excersize? I know you guys (and girls!) are thinking, "I have my gym routine! I pack up the bag, make the shake, and I'm Gone!"
The thing is.. you always prepare and you always get ready, but by the time you are out the door, or by the time you get there, you don't even want to go anymore! Or, you get there and you're like, "I don't even 'feel' like it now..." which is exactly what your body does not want (in the long run).
Do you think 10,000 years ago you could just prepare for anything physical?
No.
You would eat or be eaten, run or be run over (no, not by car...this is 10,000 years ago!! It just means that you have to be quick and decisive). I highly reccomend you adopt this "caveman" or "paleo" way of thinking - As some of you diehard readers of my blog recall, I've talked this about this in previous posts (For the newbies, Check the "Blog Archives" at the bottom right corner).
Anyways, back to Impulse Excersize,
Here's how I do it:
Anytime, Anywhere, I instantly Bust Out, Whip Out, or Crank Out:
-Pushups
-Squats
-Jumping jacks
-Butt Kickers (Self-explanitory)
-Crab Walks (walk on your hands and feet with your butt facing the ground)
-Sprints
And a host of other random, unorthodox excersizes.
That's it!
I also call this muscle confusion on steroids.
Your body doesn't even see it coming, so it gets your primal heartrate WAY up, because you are literally tricking your body into thinking it's going to be eaten!
It's a GREAT Cardio (Heart Rate Increase for Heart Health and Fat Loss) and Strength Training Workout (Actually WORKS functional muscles - unlike regular weight lifting) ALL in One!
Most of you probably already know what cardio is... but what do I mean by functional muscles and muscle confusion?
I mean that it's literally the opposite of boring, mundane, running on a cushioned, boring (did I say that yet?!) treadmill or sidewalk (obiously a sidewalk's not very cushioned, and it's hard on your knees/ankle/feet) which usually results in quitting.
SUMMARY:
So, I told you about what you can do...so the question is...WHY AREN'T YOU DOING IT!
Haha, just kidding. But seriously, this can save you A LOT of time and A LOT of money on that gym membership and the time you waste on the internet looking for that new, simple way to excersise, because honestly, I strongly believe this is IT.
Hope that helped and Stay Tuned!

Protein Myth Revealed! SECRETS About Meat:
**NOTE: For your convenience, I have split my original article into a "Secrets About Meat" article (this one) and a "Dairy - The Hidden Truth" article. You will be able to find the dairy article on the right side of this page in the coming days. Anyways, without further adue, The Secrets About Meat, REVEALED!
But BEFORE I start, I just want to say Thank You for Visiting my Website! Just a simple visit shows you have at least a spark of desire and interest in IMPROVING your life forever! I'm going to post as much free information as I can while I progress in my College Program, so be sure to check back regularly! Thanks again.
Protein Myth Revealed! Secrets About Meat:
EVERY time I mention my diet to someone, the first or second thing they say is "but, where do you get your protein?" or "I need my protein". To which I reply, where do you get yours?!
Let's see;
Meat??
NO!
Why?
ALL meat bought in stores these days have extremely low levels of protein. By the time the animal is slaughtered, the flesh is packaged, stored in a deep-freeze freezer, and cooked, you are literally getting NO absorbable protein. See, amino acids make up protein. Amino acids become denatured (ruined) if they are exposed to ANY air for an extended ammount of time. You may be saying, "Well, it comes in a vacuum-tight package, so it hasn't been denatured. WRONG! The slaughtering process allowed air to seep in and destroy nutrients, minerals, and of course, amino acids.
THEN, when you cook your meat, you vapourize these nutrients into the air, rendering them useless to be absorbed by the human body. Think about it, can you inhale nutrients and get nutrition from it?
Meat actually steals protein from your body! Sound crazy?
Let's see..if something doesn't have any nutrition or enzymes (which break down food to put nutrients in your body), do you think it's easy for your body to deal with?
The answer in no!
Your body leaches (borrows, but can't give back) calcium from your bones (to de-toxify), enzymes from the liver (to break down food), and many other vital body nutrients in order to deal with this alien substance we call "meat".
So how does that "steal" protein from your muscles? Well, there's only a certain number of cells in your body depending on your size.
Here's an analogy to make it easier to understand:
Just like FEMA (the brain) sent all the help (cells and nutrients) they could to New Orleans (digetive tract ie: stomach, intestines), after Katrina hit (cooked meat) and after they realised what had happened (when the body realises it has a toxic, unknown subtance in its digestive tract) they sent all the help they could in different ways like helicopters, buses, and boats (the body steals it's own various vital nutrients) and eventually clean up the mess (detoxify the digestive tract).
Therefore the body's focus was not on re-building muscle that has been torn, by say, lifting weights, but instead on detoxifying itself. There are also various harmful chemicals in your meat which include artificial dyes (that red colour), Growth Hormones (to make the cow as fat as can be at weigh-in before their horrible semi-concious deaths), Antibiotics (which are supplemented to fight all the various infections which stem from: being fed concrete dust, their fellow animal's scraps, and grains. And SO much more - which I will touch on in the near future so STAY TUNED!
In summary, Raw:
The thing is, we get most of our information from marketing and advertising campaigns (TV, Movies, Bilboards, Magazines, Newspapers) but that is a WHOLE other article my FRIENDS!
In summary of my summary ;) , Hopefully you take this information seriously because commercial livestock farming poses HUGE concerns to human, and the environment. I'm sorry but I just couldn't be very "nice" about it no matter how hard I try.
But, this information is very important. It has been proven thoroughly.
I will have a list up in the very near future of TOP 10 Raw Foods to Build MASSIVE Muscle, but right now I am strapped for time with school and studies!! ;)
I just want to commend you on visiting my website. It shows you have a deep-down desire to change and improve your life FOREVER.
Once again, kudos to you and thanks for reading my blog! Feel free to check out some other websites (via link) on my page. I also have articles listed on the right, and there will be regular posts in the future.

How to Get Started on Raw Veganism
Hey Peeps!
I'm not going to waste your or my time, so let's jump into this right away... How to Get Started on Raw Veganism:
START adding fruits and vegetables to your diet. DONT make the same mistake I made! I have the tendency to jump into things literally head-first when I'm excited enough about it. At the time I decided to change my diet and become Raw Vegan, I was eating possibly the WORST diet on the planet. It was FULL of ground beef, bacon, high-fat whipping cream and processed protein powders. So when I converted (literally my next meal was Raw and I haven't gone back since) I went through a rather substantial detox. My detox was like a moderate to severe cold where my system was literally emptying the sewage from all the toxic dairy and meat I consumed.
BUT, the good news is you CAN avoid my experience AND feel definite improvements in your health. You will see gains in mental and physical energy, general happiness, reduction in anxiety, and reduction (if not, elimination) of food cravings.
I would go out and buy some organic: (no option here, you NEED to buy organic. If you ABSOLUTELY cant get any, then fine, take the normal)
Vegetables:
heated in any way
Whatever way you choose to do Raw, I have a 100% guarantee that your body and mind will love you for it!
Any questions/comments can be listed below. Thanks for reading, GOOD LUCK!

Vegetables:
- Kale, spinach, broccoli, romaine lettuce (literally any dark-green vegetable), carrots, red/green/peppers
- Bananas (mmmm), Oranges, Mangoes (DOUBLE mmmm!), Grapefruit, Apples, Peaches, Nectarines, Pears, Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, etc. Literally any fruit is okay AS LONG as it's organic, but then again if you are completely restricted from organic, I'd rather you eat these foods than your typical crap-foods.
heated in any way
- Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Hemp (WHOOAHH DUUUDE!! wait, no THC, don't worry ;), Brazil Nuts, Flax Seeds, Sunflower seeds, Sesame Seeds, etc.
- Quinoa, Buckwheat, Amaranth, etc. I haven't personally tried that many because I've mainly stuck to vegetables and fruits with occasional nuts, but there are tons of them out there that I haven't tried. Experiment with them.
Whatever way you choose to do Raw, I have a 100% guarantee that your body and mind will love you for it!

What EXACTLY IS Raw Veganism?
Hey guys!
Today I wanted to address a question A LOT of emailers and people I meet are asking..."What the HECK is Raw Vegansim?!"
Well, there's no "easy" answer to that. It takes a little work on my part to tell people in a way they'll understand. So, without further adue, my definition is as goes:
Raw Veganism is the consumption of fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds whereby no cooking is required (actually kindly restricted). The only "tampering" in my diet happens when I soak my nuts (go ahead, laugh) in order to mimic springtime when they sprout and release all the nutrients in order to build a plant. You may be thinking to yourself, "wow your diet sounds easy"...and YES, it really is! Sure there are EXTREMELY tasty Raw Vegan recipes out there - that take a little time, but not much more than your typical cookedmeal - , but I am pretty lazy and prefer to eat bananas, apples, mangoes, oranges, spinach, broccoli all by themselves - or combined in twos). Or, in the case of the green vegetables I will mix them with a sweet fruit in my mouth. I also like to incorporate red/green/yellow peppers into my diet because they activate the salivary glands (which produce saliva aka "spit") in order to break down the food in my mouth.
Now, you could be A LOT more technical than me and actually do recipes...but between school, work, and friends, I find it a little time-consuming to make "whole" dishes. So, I'll just eat these foods whole and one or two at a time. Not that the recipes are very timeconsuming at all, but I have recognized that "taste" is really only 1% of your physical reaction to food. Sure, you enjoy it while it's in your mouth, but you have to swallow eventually! After a while on Raw, you will all become more "in-tune" with your body's needs. You will start to look at eating as a way of "energizing" certain parts of your physical body, instead of just eating for taste and fullness.
The old saying, "If it sticks to your ribs, it's good for you!" IS COMPLETELY WRONG! Foods that give you a happy feeling in your gut are good, not foods that give you a "weighed down" or "full" feeling.
If you're going to embark on this Raw Vegan journey, be sure to start slow. I know time is of the essence, and you want to cure whatever ailments you may have as quickly as possible (disease, overweight/obesity, slow mind) BUT I literally converted to Raw Vegan in one meal! I remember reading about Bodybuilding Nutrition (one of my passions) and I came across an article talking about how Raw Vegans actually get MORE protein than most bodybuilders. Now I thought this was CRAZY because I actually bought into all the protein myths and wasted my money on various Protein Powders. But, as soon as I read that article (you may be able to find some to the right, where it says "Google Ads") it clicked. I instantly bought in to the concept. Next thing i ate a WHOLE stalk of broccolli! But after a few days of completely Raw Vegan foods, I experienced detox symptoms where all the toxins that have built up, were finally getting released. It's the same feeling as if you had a bad cold. Not life threatnening by any measure, but certainly not somethingyou want! So what I would reccomend is that you slowly incorporate more fruits and vegetables over a 2-week span where at the end, you are completely raw.
Now, I don't want you to feel guilty or ashamed by what you've been eating, because I've been there too. At that time, I was eating probably the worst diet a human could possibly eat. It was FULL of animal meat, dairy, and bad fats. I bought into the idea that if you reduce your carbohydrates and eatmore meat and dairy, you will get lean and mean! Well, now I know that was only partially right. As a society, we ARE addicted to processed sugar, but the thing is, we haven't been eating whole fruit sugar and we haven't supplented Raw Green Foods like lettuce, spinach, and broccoli into our diets.. and we're paying for it with our lives - obesity and disease rates are the HIGHEST they've ever been!
My theory is that we eat as if we were around 10,000 years ago. 10,000 years ago, we didn't have jobs and multi-tasking - all we had was our tribe and our food. And wecould spend all day under a shady tree, eating it's leaves or munching on wild flowers. About 25% of our diet was fruit because it gives your body effiecient, usable energy - so that it doesn't have to convert body fat into energy. We would eat these fruits if we had to hike, run, or chase something (or someone) out of our territory. It's just that we've dispersed to colder parts of the world that we rely on catching animals in the winter and maybe eating the vegetables and fruits in the spring/summer. The thing is, we've gotten completely away from the vegetable-eating part, and the sad part is that's where we get ALL the nutrition we would ever need.
And for people saying that we've adapted to cooked meat, to them I say, "If you adapted to death, you would be dead!" Because that's essentially what cooked food is. When you apply fire to a living thing, you burn it, right? Well, when you cook something, you are applying the fire of the stove to a pot or pan, which is transferred to the food. In my University Chemistry class, we learn all about how "fire breaks down minerals and releases them into the air". Now, unless you can inhale your food and get nutrition from that, then cooking is counter-productive towards your body! Then when you eat that food, it makes your body work excessively hard to break it down, and in most cases, it can not even digest it. A great example of this is meat. Meat has ZERO fibre in it. So what does that mean? Well, it basically rots in your guts and builds up as plaque that prevents any other minerals or nutrients you may ingest from being taken up into your bloodstream. Fibre pushes things through your intestines in order to be expelled as, yes you guessed it, POOP!
So I hope that summed up just a few of the points I try to make to people, but honestly, there's SO much more material I can post in this blog...for FREE to you! Just remember to subscribe to the right, bookmark me or homepage me and I'll be back SOON!
Good luck,
VV

Raw Vegan Diet Mistakes and Solutions!
Good Morning! !
I want to give newcomers and veteran raw vegans a new tip today.
I'll be talking about: Chewing your food, facial excersize (in relation to chewing), and I'll give you a few free money-saving tips. Are you ready for my first tip, because it may shock you! Here we go:
THROW OUT YOUR BLENDER!
Well, not literally, but I've found a revolutionary device that is guaranteed to improve your health, and better yet, you probably (well, hopefully) already own it.. plus it's FREE! Here it is:
The best tool for blending your food, and therefore releasing all the nutrients into your bloodstream is....***Drumroll*** your mouth!
See, before we had blenders, and before we had (for the cooked foodists out there) stove tops and ovens, we used our mouths as tools. The people tens of thousands of years ago didn't have the metal nutcrackers, the pin-point accurate, ergonomic knives that we have today, and they certainly didn't have a tool that chews a particular food like a blender does.
So what did they use? Yes, that's right, their MOUTHS! The human jaw is getting progressively smaller because we have juices, cooked mush foods, and blenders that chew for us. The face has many muscles that need to be worked just like any other muscle. Haven't you heard that it takes more muscles to frown rather than smile? That should be proof (both to chew more and to smile!)
So, what I want you to do is CHEW MORE! Chew your lettuce, kale, spinach or whatever green you chew until the bits are almost powder. Cut it up a little and mix in a bowl with bananas, mangoes, pears or any fruit you desire...or, just mix in your mouth! Isn't your mouth just such a multi-fasceted tool? Now, this may take 30, 40, or 50 chews...but don't look at it in a "time" sense, look at it as though your improving your health with every 10 chews, because your releasing those nutrients deep down in the leaf and crushing the fiber (just like a blender)
The benefits of chewing more are not just in your digestive health. When you chew vigourously and actually work the muscles (that's why they're there) you force them into alignment. The muscles will now "cradle" and strength the barrier around the teeth and force them into proper alignment (which is one on top of the other, side to side). It also activates the salivary glands (which produces saliva) which literally cleanses the teeth of plaque and build-up.
Now, since you can't chew ALL the time (unless you're REALLY hungry) you can use something like a clean hand-towel and just chew on it. Honestly, I'm doing it right now! Make sure to change the hand-towels size and thickness so your mouth gets worked out from different angles. Also remember to place the towel everywhere in your mouth. Put it far back in your mouth to work your molars and then in the front to work your incisors (front blade-like teeth).
So, no, you DONT have to spend 200,300, or even 400 dollars on a "specialty" blender that does the same thing your mouth can do. And on an eco-note, some of these blenders use HORRENDOUS ammounts of energy. When you see Vitamix or Blend-tec's specs, you see they are 2-3 Horsepower - the same as a freakin lawnmower! This is not necessary and it "surges" the electricity which is worse for conservation that if you used the same ammount, but over a longer period of time.
In conclusion, we have reviewed chewing and why it's important for facial muscle-development which leads to more secure, lined-up, and pearly-white teeth. I also told you that you could do without your blender for most of your raw meals or snacks.
All these tips will improve your health and actually save you money, and time in the long run. The reason it will save time is that your jaw will get so strong and so quick eventually that you will be able to fully chew in seconds, and still get all the health you need from it. You also wont need to visit the dentist or buy expensive orthodental equipment like braces, retainers, or wires.
So, that's it for me! Hope you enjoyed my post. Remember, "live life live"
